Usually sales representatives need different account factsheets, for example an external and an internal one. The external factsheet is to be quickly printed out and taken to a customer meeting.
Unfortunately so far in SAP CRM only one factsheet could be assigned to the account overview page, per role. One main restriction was that the related Customizing table allowed only one factsheet per such a role (i.e. for example for a sales representative).
This is now resolved, from SAP CRM 7.0 on.
